As a member of ICBC's Recovery Network, we direct bill ICBC and manage your claim with them. You're pre-approved for treatment for the first 12 weeks — just file your claim with ICBC to get your claim number, and we take it from there.

Injured at work?
We're an approved WorkSafeBC provider and direct bill WSBC for eligible physiotherapy related to your workplace injury. Massage therapy and acupuncture each need their own WorkSafeBC approval before they're covered. We handle the reporting with your case manager, so your recovery stays the priority — not the paperwork.

How direct billing works
A few things worth knowing about insurance billing, so there are no surprises at the front desk.
ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims work differently: once your claim is approved, we handle the billing and the reporting for you. The points below apply to extended health plans.

We submit the claim — your insurer decides what it pays.
Direct billing is a convenience we offer. It is not a guarantee that your claim will be approved, or paid in full.

We can bill your plan, but we cannot look it up.
Your coverage amounts, limits, deductibles and any pre-approval rules sit with your insurer, not with us. Knowing what your own extended health plan includes is the one part we cannot do for you.

Anything your insurer doesn't cover is payable by you.
If your plan pays only part of the fee — or none of it — the remaining balance is due at your visit.

The exact payout is known after your visit, not before.
A claim can only be submitted once your appointment is complete, so that is the point at which we find out what your insurer has paid.

Answers before you even ask.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
Yes. We direct bill ICBC, WorkSafeBC and most private insurers — Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life and most extended health plans. In most cases you pay only the portion your plan doesn't cover.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No — in BC you can book physiotherapy, massage therapy or acupuncture directly. A few older extended plans ask for a doctor's note for reimbursement, so check yours if unsure.
I was in a car accident. What do I need to start?
Just your ICBC claim number and date of accident. In the first 12 weeks you're pre-approved for 25 physiotherapy visits and 12 massage sessions — we bill ICBC directly. Full ICBC guide →
What should I expect at my first visit?
Arrive about 10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring your care card plus any claim or benefits details. Assessment and treatment happen the same day. Full first-visit guide →
Are you open on weekends?
Yes — 7 days a week. Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm, Sundays 9:00am–3:00pm, and weekdays until 7:00–7:30pm.
